Victoria originally came from the more established areas of Swiss Re, having previously worked in Compliance in Swiss Re's two other core Business Units of Corporate Solutions and Reinsurance. Venturing into Life Capital, her knowledge and adaptability have been tested daily to ensure traditional compliance and regulatory approaches keep pace with a digital start-up.
