Stephan is head of engineering for customer solutions at Hermes Germany. Stephan changed the ways of working in his department and transformed his team to an agile-based DevOps team who continuously focus on delivering value to their customers.

Stephan has a technology background, having worked as a developer and architect before. He speaks at various regional events such as the Java User Group in Hamburg.
