Patrick joined the Society as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in February 2019. He was previously Group Information Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of IT and operational resilience improvement programmes. Patrick has a career spanning over 30 years with experience including financial services, telecommunications and technology start-ups. As the Leader of the Resilience & Agility community, a critical area of Patrick’s focus is on the realisation of our Technology Strategy and Strategic Investment to deliver sustainable value and service for our members, while keeping members and colleagues safe and secure.
