Katharine (Kate) is a Lead Agile Trainer at TIAA. Kate has 20 years of experience in development as a software engineer, trainer, and coach with a strong passion for happy teams, business and clients. Kate provides business agility training and coaching across the enterprise, helping lead large value delivery improvement initiatives. Prior to becoming Lead Agile Trainer at TIAA, Kate was an engineer for many years at Lockheed Martin, gaining a Lean Six Sigma Black belt and falling in love with Lean. In addition to helping teams and leaders explore new ways of thinking, exploring and learning, Kate has the opportunity to learn from some of the best teachers – the wild mustangs that her and her sister adopt and train.
