Craig has a 20+ year background in infrastructure and monitoring. He coaches and advises internal IBM development squads to improve their DevOps practices. He lives in Raleigh, NC, USA with his wife, son and dog. Other pursuits include being an Assistant Scoutmaster and member of the Troupe at ComedyWorx Improv Club.
