Janet is a Mission Leader at Nationwide Building Society, the world’s largest mutual, where she is responsible for delivering excellent service to the Society’s 15 million members. She has a long and distinguished track record in Financial Services including roles as an Internal Auditor and IT consultant. 
 
Until recently Janet was Nationwide’s Chief Internal Auditor where she led a successful migration to agile ways of working. She was previously Chief Auditor for Citigroup’s Institutional businesses and also spent several years at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi where she was Chief Auditor for the Americas. Her early career was spent with Accenture.
 
Janet has lived and worked in the UK and US, including a number of years based in San Francisco, but she now lives in London where, in more normal times, she enjoys the fabulous range of music and theatre on offer. She is also a proud Mum, with a son based in New York, who is forging a career as a photographer.
