Carsten Spies is responsible for the R&D team of teamplay at Siemens Healthineers. He has a strong background in application development in the healthcare sector as project manager, product manager and R&D lead. Carsten is actively driving the Lean / Agile / DevOps transition for teamplay. Before joining Siemens Healthineers, Carsten worked as project manager for large scale Enterprise IT projects in different business units of the Siemens AG.
