Carmen consults with customers on project to product transformations to accelerate their flow of value delivery utilizing Tasktop product insights. Carmen was co-author of Standing on Shoulders: A Leader’s Guide to Digital Transformation, which was awarded the best 2020 DevOps Book of the year. Carmen’s 2018 DevOps Enterprise Summit presentation with Nicole Bryan was named 2018 DevOps Presentation of the Year. Holder of 3 patents in Software Engineering while working at Bell Labs.
